Court lets teen continue pregnancy: 'Reproductive freedom a fundamental right'
The Supreme Court has said that an individual's right to choose and reproductive freedom is a fundamental right. The statement was in reference to its recent reversal of an earlier order that allowed a 14-year-old rape survivor to undergo abortion.
