Rajnath Singh on border row with China: 'If there was no hope, why have talks'
Addressing the questions on the India-China border, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said that the border talks with the officials of the PLA were going in a positive direction. India is also developing infrastructure along the frontier with China at a rapid speed, he added.
